With your own website there are no competing ads and listings to distract the prospects. You can collect contact information and take bookings right over the phone if you like. 

Cost is $1000 – $2500

Your Own Booking Website – Adding a booking system to your listing Website is the next step in cutting out some of the fees your paying when you use the rental listing sites.

Once you have attracted new visitors to you via the other listings service you can use your booking website to encourage people to book again on their next trip.

You should be building an email list of everyone who is happy that stayed at your unit.

Basic Condo Photos Service – Snowman offers a basic photo service getting images of your condo. I take the images using my low light camera with flash and then do an edit back in the office.

These images can be used on any listing service or social media outlet.

They can also all be used in a MammothSnowman Ad listing you might be running here at the website. Most importantly you can use the photos on your own listing website.

Basic Condo Photo Service starts at $799 and goes up with the amount of sq footage in your unit. 

Pro Condo Photo Service – I have a pro photographer I use for people who want commercial quality photos of their unit or home.

Pro Packages start at $1250 and upwards for larger condos and homes.
